Fonality’s support team is at your service around the clock. Fonality customers who have an active Support Agreement may contact support via our Support Portal any time from any web browser, or can call between business hours for non-emergency issues and 24/7 for system down emergencies.

Email Support
Fonality’s Support Portal is a quick way for any customer to contact Fonality Support any time from any web browser.
When logged in to the Admin Panel, you will see an orange question mark in the lower right-hand corner of each page. Click the question mark to access support and create a new support ticket. Alternatively, you can also access the Support Portal directly at http://support.fonality.com.
Phone Support
Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for critical and emergency issues. For general support, our hotline is available during the following hours: 8am - 5pm Central Standard Time
Call our support team at 1-866-FONALITY (366-2548); you will be prompted for your Server ID to place a new support request. If you are calling to check the status of an existing request, you can enter your support ticket number when prompted.
